Pointe Care Home Health Care is our in-house Medicare-certified home health agency, offering physical therapy at home for our residents, should it be ordered by your physician.
Our Enhanced Care Assistance Program lets you stay in your home even if you need more intensive assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, or medication management. This program enables you to hire a dedicated PCA to come to your apartment and work with you one-on-one in increments of four hours. Some residents even choose to have 24-hour-a-day assistance.
